1st Action of a New Property Agent

property agents attending mentorship program

Everyone of us have own own personalities, our own character and our own preferences.

We have our own way of working, our own style of working and our very own goals and objectives.

But the big question is how much do we know ourselves?

Do we know what we want and do we know what to achieve in a month, in six months, a year and three years down the road?

What are your action plans and what are you going to do to get there?

Knowing all these is just one part of the equation.

You will still need to work with people, find a good coach, a good mentor or a partner to get the support and encouragement.

You will want to draw on their knowledge and experience so that you can learn and put into practice whatever they teach you. This is so you can be successful in whatever goals you set for yourself.

Everyone needs a mentor, more so when you are new in the industry.

Even if you are an experienced Real Estate Salesperson (RES), you will still need a mentor, a mentor of a different level to guide you, to bring you to the next level.

But, you will need to ask yourself what kind of a mentor that you would like to work with?

What kind of a mentor that is suitable for you, someone who can support you, that can work very well with you.

Always have the answer ready when you start looking for mentors and teams to partner up.

You seriously need to ask yourself questions and you need to prepare when you are out seeking someone to be your mentor.

Some questions you need to ask yourself are these.

  •  Do you prefer to work in a team or do you prefer to work on your own?
  • Do you like to develop your own system or you prefer to use a system that has already been created before?
  • Do you prefer a one-to-one mentorship or participate in group discussion?
  • Do you prefer to be given instructions to act or be independent, taking your own initiative?
  • Are you a go-getter or wait to be told before taking action?
  • Do you see this as a business or just another employment?
  • Are you fully committed or thinking part-time?

If you like to develop your own set of system, have many ideas you want to explore and implement, independent, a go-getter, takes initiative instead of being told what to do and willing to work together as partners to achieve your goals, I would like to explore an opportunity with you on how we can leverage both our strengths and experience and achieve success together.

If you like to get down to business, no fancy fanfare and all the fluff, have an entrepreneur mindset, I believe we have something we can share to achieve greater things.

Let’s explore this opportunity together. Get in touch.
