The Amore EC at Punggol has completed the show flat. It is now opened for viewing at the showflat. The upcoming Punggol EC new launch is in for an exciting times as we have started collecting the manual e-Application forms. You can register with us for an exclusive tour and detailed explanation.

The e-Application submission is from 12 Dec to 21 Dec 2014. The ballot results will be announced on the 14 Jan 2015 and the booking day is on the 17 Jan 2015. Please keep theses dates in your schedule.

The Amore EC is a 378-units development that comprises six(6) blocks of 15 to 17 floor, 4-stacks per block apartment units. There are a total of 16 different layouts for you to choose, from 2-bedroom to 5-bedroom and a total of 24 stacks.

The new EC in Punggol comes with branded electrical appliances with high-quality Italian-themed designed toilets. One of the best and well-equipped EC todate.

The new EC launch price for The Amore is not available yet. It will be released a day after the Ballot results are announced.

Two of each blocks are connected on the top floors via a sky garden. There is a gym on the 16th floor, overlooking the swimming pool.

No Resale Levy

This is probably the last Executive Condominium that HDB Upgraders or Second-Timers need not payable Resale Levy for EC. There is no Resale Levy for The Amore.

Buyers are not required to have additional cash when they purchase The Amore EC and they will enjoy better profit margins when their unit is sold in 5 to 10 years later after collecting their keys. Buying an EC is considered a good investment “gift” from the government to Singaporeans.

Basement Carpark

Previous designs of EC car parks are mostly multi-storey, occupying a large piece of land area within the estate. They cause noise pollution and raised traffic safety hazards for all residents within the estate.

The Amore EC car parks are all in the basement, similar to majority of the private condominiums in Singapore. Residents will have better peace of mind when their children is playing and running around the estate playground. Noise level and exhaust pollution from cars is kept to a minimum and to within the basement level.

The neighboring EC being launched at this time does not have a 2-Bedroom and 5-Bedroom for sale.

CPF Housing Grant

The CPF Housing Grant is available to eligible buyers of HDB flats. The CPF Housing Grant (in the form of CPF Monies and not cash) can be used for the initial payment or to reduce the mortgage loan for the EC purchase. Qualified EC buyers can get CPF Grant of up to S$30,000.

Accessibility

Punggol residents have another good news on accessibility. The Amore location is strategically located to have easy access to TPE and KPE. The Punggol Central road will have a DIRECT connection to KPE via the extended KPE at Lorong Halus. Located between Punggol Central and Punggol Drive, The Amore EC residents will experience less congested roads and better connectivity.

Once this extension is completed, Punggol will have a new link to Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE). The expected completion of construction is in 2019.

Future of Punggol

The 957-hectare town of Punggol will get 7 new waterfront housing districts, a new downtown area and more green spaces.
