List of Available Executive Condominiums (EC) in Singapore

Available Executive Condominiums from HDB is separated into two lists.

The first list shows projects where second-timers will have to pay the resale levy when they buy the EC.

The second list shows projects that don’t require second-timers to pay the resale levy.

EC projects where land sale is on or after 9 December 2013.

They include tenders launched earlier but not closed by 9 December 2013. Second-timers will have to pay a resale levy when they purchase an EC unit from this project onwards:
